IPO Thoughts:
Asa Butterfield (ABUTT)

In the beginning was ACORN, and then came CRAMP, and then HSX got interesting with ADICK and ASBOY.  Today 'ABUTT' is getting IPOed and I already see the years of jokes that are going to be made about this ticker.

Today a child actor grows up and gets a starbond at HSX.  You just saw him as 'Hugo' but may remember him as 'The Boy In The Striped Pajamas'.  You will see him soon in the starring role of 'Ender's Game'

_The Math:

ABUTT already has three movies in his TAG and he will be adding his fourth, so we use this formula:

(Movie 1 + Movie 2 + Movie 3 + Movie 4) divided by 4 = New TAG (what he will adjust to).
_The Magic Number:

ABUTT would need to make $122.82 for his next release in order for him to adjust to his IPO price of $50.  If Ender's Game makes more than that his price would adjust upwards... less than that and his price would adjust downwards.
_The Next Adjust:

ABUTT's next adjust on 4/8/13 will add Ender's Game (currently trading at $85.06).  At current prices, his next adjust would go down 9.44 points
_The Adjust Range:

If Ender's Game makes X, then ABUTT would adjust to Y

  85 = $40.55
105 = $45.55
125 = $50.55
145 = $55.55
165 = $60.55

You may want to adjust the formula to reduce the "magic number" by the amount of post-delist box office for HUGO. I would assume at least 10M, maybe as much as 20M if the Oscar noms come through and it gets additional screens at that time. At least mention it.
